The Chafford Hundred Community Forum would like to invite you to the next Forum meeting which is our AGM.

Date: Thursday 12th May 2011
Time: 8.00pm to 9.30pm
Venue: Drake Road Community Centre, Drake Road, Chafford Hundred
The AGM is less formal than or normal meeting - drinks and nibbles will be served to residents. We will vote in a new committee on the night. Local Police and ward councillors will be present on the night to speak to residents.
