Dear ResidentsYou may have noted that there was a burger van located at off Rainbow Road at the site being proposed for Youth Facilities.
Residents of Rainbow Road discussed this with me on Thursday and Friday last week.
I went there today and along with PC James (the police officer for Chafford Hundred) we asked the owner to move from the premises as he does not have planning permission for the site.
I am pleased to say that he has now moved from the location and PC James and I will keep an eye out to ensure he does not return.
