 A record number of people in work, taking home a pay packet and being able to provide for their family. Today's employment figures show that our long-term economic plan is working. Ed Miliband said our plan would 'lead to the disappearance of a million jobs' - but there are now 1.5 million more people in work. And every new job means another family with greater financial security and the prospect of a brighter future. So let's get the message out there - our plan is working and securing a better future for hardworking people.
