Here's why you should vote Conservative

Click here to watch the video. In local government we've cut bills and cut waste: We've helped freeze council tax for the third year in a row. Under this government, council tax has fallen in real terms by 9.7%. Conservative Councils up and down the country are cutting waste and working more efficiently. By doing this we ensure local residents can keep more of the money in their pockets while protecting the services we all rely on. By contrast, wasteful Labour have proved they're not on the side of hardworking people. Under Labour, council tax bills doubled - and would have gone through the roof if they'd clung to power. Continuing to oppose our policy to keep council tax down shows they're just the same old Labour - and we can't let them do to our councils what they did to our country. So the message is clear: if you want good government that costs less, that is careful with your money and that is taking the tough decisions required to take this country in the right direction, vote Conservative.
