Launch of Chafford Cook Book

The launch of Ann Billingham's Cook Book took place at the Wildlife Centre, Chafford Hundred on Saturday 6th October, 2012.
Ann has generously donated all the proceeds to Essex Wildlife Trust.

"Charlie and I congratulate Ann for the time and energy she spent compiling the recipes.

"We also compliment her for donating the proceeds to Essex Wildlife for the benefit of the community."

Ann provided tasters at the launch which prove that owners of the cook book are in for a treat.

"We wish her, her husband Les, and all those involved all the best in their future."

The launch was attended by friends and family, Council staff and Chafford residents).
