Rubbish at Undeveloped Site

Dear Residents of Norfolk Place

I received a complaint earlier on in the year about people using the development site as a refuse dump.

I immediately brought this to the attention of the Environment Team in the Council. On 8th January, an officer was out there to take pictures which were presented to the developer.

The developer has agreed to clear the rubbish and change the fencing to deter any more rubbish been thrown at the site.

Once this work is completed, the Council will monitor the site to ensure that there is no more rubbish on the site.
