From January 2009, I have decided to introduce a monthly update of decisions your elected Conservative Cabinet (which includes all 4 Chafford Councillors) make to improve the community - with special emphasis on the link to Chafford Residents
Your comments will be welcome:
1. Building Schools for the future - The Cabinet has agreed for Thurrock to apply for £180m to develop schools in Thurrock. If successful, Chafford Hundred Campus will be one of the beneficiaries.
2. Recycling/waste collection - The Cabinet has approved £2.7m for the purchase of wheeled bins for dry-recycling and organic waste collection.
The purpose of this personal blogsite is to pass Ward or Thurrock related information across, and to allow residents comment on plans or proposals. Residents suggestions for developments in the community are certainly very welcome.
