Clearly you don't go to all of these. Can you please tell us which ines you went to and who deputised for you at the ones you didn't go to. Also some outcomes, so we ca nsee what actions have been taken would be appropriate, rather than all this self promotion.

Some of our elected reps don't even tell us what meetings they attend, or what they do per week.
Where do any of the other councilors publish their meetings?
I think the site is good as it lets tax payers know when/where they should be represented.
It should be comended as a good start for prompt feedback rather than dissed. and for sure if you specified a particular query you'd get a response.

In response to the first comment. You are right I cannot always attend all the meetings I have in a week. In some cases substitutes are appointed, but in other cases there are no substitutes. I therefore prioritise depending on the meeting/agenda.
In respect of the meetings above, I did not attend the Conference 'cos I was advised that it was all information which I would have obtained in my role as a councillor. Neither could I attend the SEPT NHS Trust board meeting, but I had a word with the Chief Executive and we have arranged a time for both of us to meet.
The council's website has a list of all committees and external bodies which councillors are on and it also features attendance levels - which might be of interest to you.
