Residents have complained about the way neighbours are parking in Saffron Close.
On Monday 6th August I drove round the area and spoke to the person who sent me the complaint.
Parking is particularly dangerous around the bends and it seems like people have taken to parking on double yellow lines. Please note that there should never be any parking on double yellow lines. Our traffic officers make random visits and will issue tickets to any vehicle parked illegally.
My understanding is that all the properties have allocated parking, therefore please consider others when parking in this area. If this is an issue you are aware of, please contact me ASAP.
The purpose of this personal blogsite is to pass Ward or Thurrock related information across, and to allow residents comment on plans or proposals. Residents suggestions for developments in the community are certainly very welcome.
