Felton Flavius (Lab): 347
Torren Snell (UKIP): 320
Rex Ovire (Lib Dem): 44

Overall the Council now has no overall control, with the full results as:
Conservatives: 18 Councillors
Labour: 23 Councillors
Ukip: 6 Councillors
Independents: 2 Councillors
