The Next Top Boss initiative is a competition designed to give 1,000 young people in Thurrock access to work experience, training and mentoring, giving them the confidence and inspiration they need to get on the career ladder. We’ve already received funding from private and public sector sources, so we’re not after your money – just a little of your time. | ||||
We’re working with some of the world’s biggest companies to offer prizes such as work experience and internships as well as career training for every entrant. We need your help! We’re looking to get as many of Thurrock’s youths involved as possible, so please spread the word and encourage the young people you work with to take part. Entrants will be put into teams of up to ten people and assigned a mentor to coach them through the initiative. This competition is open to all 17 and 19 year olds*, living, working or studying in Thurrock, or at any of the Next Top Boss partner college campuses.
