Tunde, will you be objecting. Also are you able to provide us with some specific details for objecting on.

Why is this going to the council and not the Thames Gateway?

I will be objecting to this application.

I do not think that the amenities in Chafford are adequate for this type of Development. Although I have raised these concerns twice with the Developer and actually organised a meeting to discuss the points.

I refer you to my previous comments - which I raised as a letter to the Developer. Their response rather negatively, was an increase in the number of dwellings, on the grounds that they have provided an underground car park. I welcome the proposed Health facilities and the 'green' nature of the Development, but I think that the number of dwellings outweighs the advantages.

The plan will first of all go to the Council's Planning Committee for comments and recommendation, and it will finally be heard by the Thames Gateway Development Corp who have the final say.

I definitely object to this development. Chafford is already over developed!

165 residential units, if only 1 quarter of the homes have a single child of school age that would be an extra 41 school places to find! so what in the name of sense goes though the mind of these builders & planners suggesting more home's apart from a £ sign, obviously nothing, do any these builders & planners actually live in Chafford? If the council give permission I'd like to hear why they think more houses are needed, Chafford will just become one large undesirable concrete jungle of houses.
