Residents of Carew Close have raised the issue of the dangerous roundabout leading into the Close.
I have been advised that there have been near misses at this roundabout as it seems practically impossible for people coming off Carew Close to see vehicles coming from Clockhouse Lane (to the right). It is apparently also difficult for drivers using Clockhouse Lane (from Tesco area) to see vehicles coming out of Carew Close.
I have raised this issue with Highways officers and it has now been listed as a scheme to be investigated. Once this is done, I will update this site to detail the next line of action.
The purpose of this personal blogsite is to pass Ward or Thurrock related information across, and to allow residents comment on plans or proposals. Residents suggestions for developments in the community are certainly very welcome.
